Condition: Very good. Carved
Dharmapala, vigorous guardian of the Dharma and protector of the faith, seated
on wood base, well carved with animated expressiveness, in warrior’s armor, his
right hand in a fist and the left in the threatening tarjani mudra as a warning
to demons or malicious spirits. Well carved and detailed, with padded armor, floating
celestial scarves and a handsome surface of gilded lacquer.
