Padmapani, the Lotus Holding Bodhisattva, he is the primary male form of Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Infinite Compassion in Mahayana Buddhism. He is believed to emanate as the Dali Lama, and referred to as Quan Yin in Chinese Buddhism.

Standing in tribhanga on a lotus pedestal, body delicately arched to his right, wearing a large diadem that crowns his head, with finely detailed ornaments wrapping over his nearly naked torso, and embellishing his neck and arms are intricately worked mantel and bangles, with a large golden lotus framing his left, this inspiring Padmapani is depicted in richly gilded gold, and finely gilded copper enhanced by the aged patina, which imparting an exquisite luminosity to the Bodhisattva's youthful countenance, and evoking a deep presence glimmering with inner peace and compassion that reveals the Bodhisattva's quintessence.
